Case studies from
actual client engagements.

These are anonymized at the regional level. We do not name clients publicly without their explicit written permission, and most have asked us not to. But the work is real, the findings are real, and we will walk you through the specifics on a call if you are seriously considering working with us.

A note on anonymization

Why these case studies do not name names

Most agency case studies are slop. Either they invent clients, exaggerate results, or quote testimonials clients never approved. We are not doing that.

The clients in these case studies are real. The work is real. The findings are real. But we asked each client for permission before naming them publicly — and not all of them said yes. Most are in competitive markets and do not want their playbook published with their name attached, because their competitors would copy the work or try to recruit our agency away from them. Some have privacy preferences. Some have not gotten around to giving us permission.

So we publish the work, anonymized at the regional level rather than the city level. Industry, broader region, scope, findings, methodology — all real. Specific client names, exact city locations, and identifying business details are withheld until we have explicit written permission.

If you are seriously considering working with us and want to verify specific case studies, we walk you through specifics on a call. Often we can connect you with the actual client for a reference call. That is the level of transparency we commit to once we have confirmed you are not a competitor scoping us, and the prospective client has agreed to take the reference call.
