Refund and Cancellation Policy
The short version: for Google Business Profile reinstatement you pay nothing until your profile is back, so there is nothing to refund. For everything else, the rules are below.
Google Business Profile reinstatement
- The assessment is free.
- You pay the fee only once your profile is back on Google and verified. Nothing is paid before that.
- If we can't get your profile back, you pay nothing.
- Because nothing is paid until the work has succeeded, there is no refund to claim on this service.
Google makes the final decision on every appeal. We don't guarantee reinstatement, and you are never charged for a case we don't win. Details are on our reinstatement service page.
Other one-time services
Website design and Google Business Profile setup are paid upfront unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Before work starts: full refund if you ask within 7 days of paying.
- After work starts: the service can't be cancelled or refunded.
Monthly plans
Local SEO, Local Service Ads management and digital marketing plans are paid on the 1st of each service month.
- Cancel any time by email or WhatsApp. No notice period.
- The month you have already paid for runs to its end, and the work for that month continues.
- Nothing renews after you cancel.
6-month and yearly plans
- Paid in full upfront at the discounted rate.
- You can cancel at any time, but the prepaid period isn't refundable.
- We keep doing the work until the prepaid period ends.
If we get something wrong
We own our mistakes and fix them at no charge. If you're unhappy with any part of our work, tell us first. We'll work to put it right.
How to ask for a refund or cancel
Email info@rzwebmedia.com or message us on WhatsApp with your name and what you paid for. An approved refund is sent back by the same method you paid with.
