A small team that does the work itself
RZ Web Media was founded in 2020 by Md Rizwan. Our team is in Kolkata, India. Most of our own clients are contractors, such as renovation and roofing companies in British Columbia and the United States, so trades and home services are what we know best.
We are small on purpose. The person who reads your client's problem is the person who fixes it. Before you start, Md Rizwan will do one 20-minute call with you so you know exactly who is behind the work. Everything after that runs in writing.
Before you send us a client
Will you ever contact my clients?
No. We talk only to you. Our name does not appear on reports, emails or anything your client sees. If we need access or information from the client, we ask you and you ask them.
Can I resell at whatever price I want?
Yes. The prices on this page are what your agency pays us. What you charge your client is your business, and we never see or discuss it.
What does the monthly report look like?
A short report with your logo on it: what was done that month, where the client ranks on Google Maps across their service area, and what we plan next. It is written so you can forward it to your client as it is.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Google decides rankings and reinstatements. We guarantee the work gets done, reported and explained in plain English. For reinstatements, you only pay if the profile comes back live.
Where are you based, and which countries do you work with?
Our team is in Kolkata, India, and has been running since 2020. We work with agencies in the United States and Canada today, and with agencies anywhere else that serve English-speaking local businesses. Everything runs in writing, so time zones do not slow the work down.
